01. Who I Am
I'm a Security Sales Engineer with over 4 years of experience in cybersecurity. I genuinely enjoy the problem-solving side of security—working closely with teams to understand their environment, cut through complexity, and architect solutions that reduce risk without slowing people down.
What draws me to Sales Engineering is connecting the technical and business sides of the conversation: getting hands-on in a lab or Python script with SOC analysts, and translating those technical outcomes into clear, practical ROI for decision-makers.
Alongside core security pillars, I've also been working with AI automations, AI security, and agentic security workloads within sales engineering—helping teams streamline repetitive workflows and adopt emerging AI tools safely.

03. How I Approach Pre-Sales & POVs
Good sales engineering starts with listening—understanding a team's day-to-day challenges and validating solutions hands-on in their environment.
My Pre-Sales Workflow — Click a stage
Listening First & Mapping Real Pain Points
Every environment is different. I start by learning how the team currently operates—their log sources, endpoint estate, and where analysts are losing time—so we can focus the conversation on solving actual problems rather than running through a generic feature checklist.
Why It Matters
Respects the customer's time by focusing strictly on the 2–3 use cases that will make the biggest difference for their team.
Representative Project & POV Examples
EDR & Threat Detection Validation
The customer's team was dealing with high alert fatigue, visibility gaps across thousands of endpoints, and slow manual triage.
Collaborated with their engineers to set clear POV success criteria, roll out test sensors, and validate automated containment against realistic attack scenarios.
Helped accelerate technical sign-off and supported closing a multi-6-figure agreement backed by clear ROI.
EDR Rollout & SIEM Migration
Clients needed to transition off legacy endpoint and SIEM tooling across thousands of endpoints without disrupting day-to-day operations.
Planned phased rollouts across 5,000+ endpoints, tuned SIEM correlation rules to cut noise, and wrote practical triage documentation for SOC analysts.
Reduced false-positive alerts and gave SOC analysts cleaner detections across 1,000s of endpoints.
Identity, DLP & AI Security Workflows
Teams were spending too much time on repetitive alert enrichment and wanted practical guardrails for sensitive data and new AI/agentic workloads.
Demonstrated Identity and DLP controls alongside AI automations and security guardrails for agentic workloads during pre-sales evaluations.
Helped teams see immediate analyst time savings, accelerating POV sign-off and safe AI adoption.
